John Walz, MPT
John Walz is committed to serving his community here in Bradenton where he was raised. After graduating from Manatee High, he served a 2 year mission in the Philippines. He then completed his Masters of Physical Therapy at the University of Florida.
He has expertise and a passion for treating the spine, TMJ, head and fascial pain, sports performance therapy, and orthopedic injuries. John has many hours and years of postgraduate work of the Spine, Extremities, TMJ, Head, and Neck, receiving his Manual Therapy and Craniofacial Certifications. John is one of less than 50 CFC Therapists in the country.
Over time John has treated athletes of all ages. As a Certified Level 2 USAW coach, he is qualified to help athletes prevent and recover from injuries, and improve their performance. His other specialties include balance and vestibular rehabilitation. John is certified in the LSVT BIG therapy for Parkinson’s and is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. His hands-on skills and personal approach as a Manual Therapist provide excellent outcomes for those he serves.
John and his wife Downey are raising their five children in West Bradenton where they grew up. They are honored to give back and make a difference here in Manatee County.
